NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTION SYNDROME: IS IT GOOD OR BAD?

As we roll on the onset of 2022, many of us are making resolutions in which we decide to start or stop doing something. It could be, we want to start a more productive routine or something health related, we may want to lose weight or eat healthy etc.

While these are not bad, there is what we call The New Year’s Resolution Syndrome. It is where we set self-promises only to fail eventually. Studies even suggest that around 80% of resolutions are abandoned by February. We start strong but we lose the fire early.

Whether we set resolutions or goals, it’s important to navigate the deep “WHY” behind what we do. It is our fuel for consistency and discipline to achieve our ideal results.

Rooting for you to attain all that you aspire personally and professionally this year!
